The picture above shows a mummy head on the floor of the Egyptian Museum. Several artifacts were damaged by looters.

It is a tragedy that vandals are destroying precious historical items in order to gain attention to their cause. They may be satisfied with their actions, but vandalism destroys valuable items that can never be replaced. This kind of vandalism must stop now.
