Top 10 Archaeological Discoveries of 2011

Archaeology, a publication of the Archaeological Institute of America, has published its list of the top 10 archaeological discoveries of 2011.

Among the discoveries is the Neolithic Community Center at Wadi Faynan in Jordan, a site which archaeologists are calling “one of the world’s first buildings.”
